- All Purpose Flour
- Salt
- Baking Powder
- Cocoa Powder
- Brown Sugar
- Granulated Sugar
- Butter (unsalted)
- Egg
- Vanilla Extract
- Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Dark Chocolate Bar
How to Make
- Start by combining all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Combine both the Flour Mix and Egg mixture together. Folding in the Chocolate chips and chucks.
- Roll cookie dough into small balls and place on lined sheet. Chill before baking.

Ingredients
- 1½ cup All Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ⅓ cup Granulated Sugar
- ⅓ cup Unsalted Butter (melted
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 large Egg
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate Bar Chopped
Instructions
- Shift the all-purpose flour and cocoa in a bowl. then add in the salt and baking powder and set aside.
- In another bowl add the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg and butter mixture, and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Fold in the Chopped Chocolate and Chocolate Chips reserving some to later add on top before baking.
- Line the cookie sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of cookie dough and roll into a ball. Place a few of the chopped chocolate and/or chocolate chips on top of the cookie ball slightly pressing into the dough.
- Repeat until the desired number of cookies you wish to bake. Cover with plastic wrap and place the sheet in the fridge for 20- 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350° Once oven is heated bake Cookies for 10-12 minutes then remove from the oven. Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet before removing them. Once cool down a little Enjoy!
