Tips to use:
Refresh -After your pasta salad has been refrigerated, you may need to refresh the pasta salad by adding maybe 1/2 cup more of mayo. Which lends me to the next tip.
Mayo – Now when choosing your mayo it’s important to know that certain mayo will give you a different taste. such as if you choose Miracle Whip will give you a bit of a sweeter taste and that okay if that’s your taste pallet is calling for. I personally use Dukes for this recipe.
Taste – When making the salad dressing taste as making it. This will help to determine if you need to make any adjustments to your liking. Recipes is simply a guide, but the end goal is for you to make it your own.
Overcook – Once you are done boiling your pasta, it’s very important to rinse the pasta in cold water to stop the cooking process and Drain the pasta using a strainer. The last thing you want is to have extra soft pasta that’s mushy yikes!!
