Boil eggs for about 10-12 minutes. allow to cool down. peel and dice the eggs and set aside.
In a medium to large Pot, Add salt to boiling water then add in the pasta and cook according to the package. Drain, rinse with cold water and allow the pasta to cool down.
In a separate large bowl, combine the Mayo, Honey Mustard, Fresh Lemon Juice, Ranch Seasonings and Black Pepper using a whisk.
Add in all ingredients and gently fold everything with a specular until well combined.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley and green onions before serving. Enjoy!
