Sausage and Tomato Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Pork Sausage
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Green Onions
  • cup All Purpose Flour
  • cup Milk
  • Course Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook Ground Sausage in a skillet on medium high heat until browned and done.
  • Add the flour, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Stirring until everything is well combined. Then add in the milk while still stirring. Allow gravy to thicken.
  • Turn heat down and allow the gravy to simmer. Add in the Diced Tomatoes and Green Onions. Allow the Gravy to simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over Biscuits of your choice and Enjoy!
