Ingredients
1lb.Ground Pork Sausage
1cupDiced Tomatoes
½cupGreen Onions
⅓cupAll Purpose Flour
2½cupMilk
Course Black Pepper
Salt
1tsp.Cayenne Pepper(optional)
Instructions
Cook Ground Sausage in a skillet on medium high heat until browned and done.
Add the flour, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Stirring until everything is well combined. Then add in the milk while still stirring. Allow gravy to thicken.
Turn heat down and allow the gravy to simmer. Add in the Diced Tomatoes and Green Onions. Allow the Gravy to simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over Biscuits of your choice and Enjoy!
