Ingredients
5Ears of Corn
Butter
Honey
Cayenne Pepper
Smoke Paprika
Smoke Salt for taste
Black Pepper
Feta Cheese
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350° F
In a small bowl add all the seasonings and mix all together.
Next melt butter in a medium to large size skillet. Add in half the seasoning mixture and honey. Stir over low heat until everything is well combined.
Add ears of corn in the skillet and rotate each piece to make sure that all sides of the corn is covered with butter and honey.
Then place corn on baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
Cover whole baking sheet with foil or wrap each corn individually with foil and place in the oven for 30 minutes or longer depending on your desired preference. (I like my corn tender with a little char) :0)
Remove from oven add the remaining butter and honey from the skillet and garnish with Feta cheese and parsley! Serve immediately and Enjoy!
