Potato Peeler or Knife
Baking Sheet
- 2 Large Sweet Potatoes
- 3 tbsp. Honey
- 3 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. All Spice
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Thyme Fresh
- 1 tbsp. Parsley Fresh
Preheat Oven 375°F
Peel the Sweet potatoes and cut them into bite-size cubes.
Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the Potatoes. Add Seasonings and toss the Sweet Potatoes until well covered in oil and season.
Make sure the Sweet potatoes are evenly spread onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 30 Minutes or until the sweet potatoes are fork-tender. Remove from the oven and Enjoy.
