Heat oil in the skillet. add the seasoned chicken and sear on each side for 5-6 minutes. Then remove and set aside.
Add the rice and white wine in the same skillet. heat for 5 minutes.
Add in broth, ½ cup of cream of chicken soup, and chicken, and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 minutes.
Add in the other ½ cream of chicken soup mix and broccoli. Reduce Heat, Cover with lid, and Simmer for 10 minutes or until the liquid has absorbed.
Allow to stand with the lid on for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
