Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Double Chocolate cookies that are rich and decadent. while it's crispy around the edges but soft and chewy in the center.

Ingredients

  • cup All Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • cup Granulated Sugar
  • cup Unsalted Butter (melted
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Dark Chocolate Bar Chopped

Instructions

  • Shift the all-purpose flour and cocoa in a bowl. then add in the salt and baking powder and set aside.
  • In another bowl add the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg and butter mixture, and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Fold in the Chopped Chocolate and Chocolate Chips reserving some to later add on top before baking.
  • Line the cookie sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out 2 tablespoons of cookie dough and roll into a ball. Place a few of the chopped chocolate and/or chocolate chips on top of the cookie ball slightly pressing into the dough.
  • Repeat until the desired number of cookies you wish to bake. Cover with plastic wrap and place the sheet in the fridge for 20- 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350° Once oven is heated bake Cookies for 10-12 minutes then remove from the oven. Allow the cookies to cool on the cookie sheet before removing them. Once cool down a little Enjoy!
