But the very thing that I remember the most was towards the end ofhism finishing up his gravy and biscuit meal, my grandfather would take the last bite of that biscuit with his fingers to sop up the rest of that gravy that would be left on his plate and all you would hear him say is Mmmm Mmmm. That means it was good!!! LOL

Here’s What you’ll Need
- Ground Pork Sausage
- Diced Tomatoes
- Green Onions
- Flour
- Whole Milk
- Salt & Pepper (For Taste)
- Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Substitute Ingredients
Ground Pork Sausage – You can use Ground Turkey Sausage instead of Pork. Whatever you prefer. I enjoyed both.
Whole Milk – If whole milk is not your thing, you can go for 2% Milk instead.
How to Plate it up
Some people like to serve the gravy on top of a biscuit as a whole and that’s fine too. However, for presentation purposes, I like to take two biscuits and cut them into halves and lay them out on the plate just like an open-face sandwich. Then covering the biscuit with gravy, enough so that the gravy is running onto the plate. Take some cut tomatoes and green onions to garnish on top.
