36 oz.Salmon
1tbsp.Olive Oil
1tbsp.Butter
1tbsp.Italian Seasonings
½tbsp.Fresh Parsley
1clove Garlic
1tbsp.Cayenne Pepper
1tbsp.Smoked Paprika
Salt & Pepper (For Taste)
Sauce
5oz.Blue Cheese Crumble
¼cupWhite Wine
½cupHeavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
Blue Cheese Wine Sauce
In a small sauce pan add in the wine, heavy whipping cream, and blue cheese crumbles. Heat on medium heat for 3- 5 minutes. whisk until the blue cheese has melted. Reduce the heat to low or keep on warm. cover and stir occasionally.
Salmon
Gather all recipe seasonings cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. add them to a bowl.
Season both sides of the salmon. make sure both sides are covered with seasonings.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet on medium to high heat. Then add the fish and cook on both sides to your liking. remove from heat and allow the Salmon to rest for 2 to 4 minutes.
Plate and top the salmon with the blue cheese sauce. Enjoy!
