Ingredients

Salmon Ingredients

  • 3 6 oz. Salmon
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Italian Seasonings
  • ½ tbsp. Fresh Parsley
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Smoked Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper (For Taste)

Sauce

  • 5 oz. Blue Cheese Crumble
  • ¼ cup White Wine
  • ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

Blue Cheese Wine Sauce

  • In a small sauce pan add in the wine, heavy whipping cream, and blue cheese crumbles. Heat on medium heat for 3- 5 minutes. whisk until the blue cheese has melted. Reduce the heat to low or keep on warm. cover and stir occasionally.

Salmon

  • Gather all recipe seasonings cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. add them to a bowl.
  • Season both sides of the salmon. make sure both sides are covered with seasonings.
  • Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet on medium to high heat. Then add the fish and cook on both sides to your liking. remove from heat and allow the Salmon to rest for 2 to 4 minutes.
  • Plate and top the salmon with the blue cheese sauce. Enjoy!
