Ingredients

  • cup Tatar tots Frozen (thawed)
  • 2 cups Shredded frozen (thawed) Hashbrowns
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Colby Cheese
  • cup Sour Cream
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey Sausage
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • 6 large Eggs
  • Half n Half
  • ½ cup Onions

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350° F

  • Heat Skillet on medium Heat adding the ground sausage and onions. cook until the meat is brown and then drain off any excess liquids.
  • Lightly spray Casserole dish with a non stick cooking spray I used olive oil spay and layer bottom with tator tots.
  • In a medium size bowl add in the Shredded Hashbrowns, Eggs, Milk, Sour Cream and half of the shredded cheese, Salt & Pepper and whisk all ingredients together.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the tator tots and add the other half of the shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 45 mins to 1 hour or until the middle of the casserole has cooked through.
