1½cup Tatar tots Frozen (thawed)
2cups Shredded frozen (thawed) Hashbrowns
1cupCheddar Cheese
1cup Colby Cheese
⅓cupSour Cream
1poundGround Turkey Sausage
Salt & Black Pepper
6large Eggs
1½Half n Half
½cupOnions
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F
Heat Skillet on medium Heat adding the ground sausage and onions. cook until the meat is brown and then drain off any excess liquids.
Lightly spray Casserole dish with a non stick cooking spray I used olive oil spay and layer bottom with tator tots.
In a medium size bowl add in the Shredded Hashbrowns, Eggs, Milk, Sour Cream and half of the shredded cheese, Salt & Pepper and whisk all ingredients together.
Pour the egg mixture over the tator tots and add the other half of the shredded cheese.
Bake in the oven for 45 mins to 1 hour or until the middle of the casserole has cooked through.
