Ingredients

  • ½ cup Oats
  • ½ cup Almond Milk or milk of your choice
  • ½ tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • ½ Banana
  • ½ tbsp. Pure Honey

Toppings

  • ½ Banana
  • Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter or Almond Butter optional
  • Granola optional

Instructions

  • Pour in the Oats into a Jar or container with a lid
  • smash in the half of banana into the oats.
  • Add in the milk, chia seeds and honey. Give all ingredients a good stir and place lid on Jar or container.
  • Refrigerate overnight.

Morning Prep

  • Add sliced bananas, blueberries and drizzle a little honey on top.
