Melt a small amount of chocolate and dip the rim of your mug into the chocolate.
Spread marshmallows on a baking sheet and broil for 30-60 seconds, or use a kitchen torch until golden and toasty.
Press the rim into crushed graham crackers. Set aside.
In a small 3 quart saucepan, heat milk, cocoa powder, sugar and salt over medium heat.
Stir frequently. Once hot, add the chocolate pieces and whisk until melted and smooth. Continue to heat until small bubbles start to form.
Remove from heat and add in the vanilla extract. Stir until the Hot Cocoa is nice and smooth.
Pour the hot chocolate into the prepared mug. Top with toasted marshmallows and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired. Enjoy!
