Ingredients
1lb.Fresh Spinach
2tbsp.Olive Oil
1cupOnions chopped
2Garlic clovesminced
1cupMushrooms chopped
8ozCream Cheese room temperature
1cupSmoked Gouda
½cupCheddar Cheeseshredded
1cup Parmesan Cheese grated
½cupHalf n Half
2tbsp.Worshershire Sauce
1 cupShrimp (Raw)
tsp.Smoked Paprika
1tsp..White Pepper
Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Heat oil or butter in the cast iron skillet on medium heat. Saute chopped onions and mushrooms for 3 minutes. Add in the spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain excess liquids and set aside in a bowl,
Turn the heat on low, then add in the soften cream cheese, half n half, worcheshire sauce, gouda, parmesan cheese, and garlic. Add in the shrimp cook for 1-2 minutes . Stir constantly until the cheese has melted.
Add back in the onions, spinach and mushrooms. Mix all the ingredients together. Topped with Cheddar and grated parmesan cheese.
Place into a 350℉ oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Remove from the oven and allow the dip to slightly cool down then serve.
