Recipe Tips
- When creating your meat patty, do not overhandle the meat. Overhandling will make the burger tough and the goal is to have tender and juicy burgers.
- Try not to cook the burgers over. If you prefer well-done, try to remove the burgers once they fit your liking. Overcooking will dry out the ground beef.
- Once the burgers are cooked to perfection, it’s crucial to let them rest. Allowing the juices to settle is key to maximum flavor in every bite.
