Ingredients

  • 1 Can Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 1 lbs. Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley
  • cup Carrots (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper for Taste
  • ½ cup Half n Half

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium to high heat.
  • Add the chopped onions, celery, and carrots at this time and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Add the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, seasonings and broth. Stir all ingredients together. Bring to a light boil then reduce heat.
  • Add cut biscuits and stir lightly. Cover and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until dumplings has puff out and tender.
