Super Easy Chicken and Dumplings

- 1 Can Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1 lbs. Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
- 6 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 2 Stalks Celery
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley
- ⅓ cup Carrots (optional)
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper for Taste
- ½ cup Half n Half
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium to high heat.
Add the chopped onions, celery, and carrots at this time and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, seasonings and broth. Stir all ingredients together. Bring to a light boil then reduce heat.
Add cut biscuits and stir lightly. Cover and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until dumplings has puff out and tender.
